Skills Development and Training:
The organisation has a Skills development arm that focuses on providing accredited industry-wise training and vocational training. We are currently working with the:
FP&M SETA
For training in furniture Making and Garment Making.
The MICT for ITC courses
The Service Seta for Business courses and Project Management.
The ETDP Seta for Facilitator. Assessor and Moderator training.
Agri-Seta for agricultural and Agro-processing training.
Development through Workshops, Mentorship and Seminars:
- Job Readiness Workshops – To get unemployed youth ready for that job interview
- Business Start-Up Workshops – We assist entrepreneurs with starting up their own businesses and we also link them with government funding agencies.
- Entrepreneur Development: Through mentorship and coaching. Entrepreneurs are trained in Business Skills because the reality is that the education system, home and cultural systems have not been optimized for entrepreneurial development. Thro-ugh our program, we focus on helping the youth identify opportunities within their communities, Our main focus is in assisting youth explore various entrepreneurial opportunities within the South African markets. We in turn provide the support they need to grow their businesses.
